Tinstman Estates is located within Scottdale Township, Westmoreland County within the Southmoreland Schoold District. Tinstman Estates is very unique since it is actually located within the town of Scottdale and is walking distance to the downtown area of the town. The home sites are nicely situated among a treed plot of land which is situated right off of 5th avenue in town. The home sites lay very nice and the setting is great.
Where to Visit in Scottdale
Scottdale is a great small town and has a really friendly feel when you drive through it with many great stores and restaurants such as Carson’s Premier Catering and Miss Martha’s Tea Room. Scottdale is also located close to Mount Pleasant and Donegal and is a short ride to the Mountains!
