Our build process starts at excavation of the foundation and does not end until the final cleaning and customer walk through. We follow 39 steps through foundation, framing, mechanical and insulation, exterior, interior design, and finishing touches.

Interior Home Design
Creating a space of comfort, tranquility, and self-expression is as important as the foundation of your home. At Parry, we strive to provide you with interior finishes and other finishing touches so your home is move-in ready.
In addition to design, we will handle installation and final inspections. This includes but is not limited to finishes on trim work, countertop design, carpeting, hardwood installation, shower door installation, and even electric and HVAC finishing. All homes are complete with Kohler plumbing fixtures and Pella windows and sliding doors.
